Most referrals to our services are made by GPs
If you are experiencing mental health problems and need help please speak to your GP (family doctor). They will discuss the issues you are facing and refer you to our services, if appropriate.

For mild to moderate mental health issues
Our Wellbeing Service offers short term support to people with mild to moderate mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Referrals are made via your GP or you can self refer by clicking on the following link: Self referral
